Terms of Use.
Last updated: 10 September 2026
By downloading or using Animatya (“the app”) for iPad, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple EULA. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the app’s source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Your content
Everything you create in the app is yours. We claim no ownership or rights over your drawings, animations, or exports, and we have no access to them — they stay on your device. You are responsible for what you create and for keeping your own backups.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the app for anything illegal or to create content that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Don’t attempt to interfere with, tamper with, or misuse the app.
Availability and changes
The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time. Some features may require a specific iPadOS version or hardware, such as Apple Pencil.
No warranty
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or created content, arising from your use of the app.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its date.
